CPUOff monitors the average CPU usage of a computer and initiates shutdown when the CPU load is less than a preset threshold for a specified period of time. It can also be used to shut down a remote computer. Various parameters can be set via the configuration screen. It was originally designed to shut down two computers after an unattended backup had completed. See history for details of the changes in this version.
