Understanding "Recommended Updates"

In addition to driver and software updates, RadarSync checks your system for important types of security software. When you don't have a program in one of the major categories installed, or when the program you have has been flagged as inferior by our users, we recommend alternative downloads for you. The security software we recommend is often free of charge; sometimes it is commercial software.
