Release Notes:	This maintenance release should solve the issues reported with the ZIP archives. This time a more downward-compatible compressor was used to create the ZIP archives. Furthermore the old setup.exe has been banned from the ZIP archives. It is not supported. The installer now includes German and English and should automatically select the right language according to your system settings. Since there have not been any complaints, the installer is being declared final.
