About me

Although elderly, I have my 1st pc but I am very, very inexperienced and I am struggling with new technology. Luddite that I am I do not even own a mobile phone and swore would go to my grave before owning a computer. However, one is now penalised for not owning a p.c by being charged more for goods and services offline. Nevertheless, I require all the assistance that I can get and willing accept advice that anyone is generous enough to offer as I keep having problems with the pc which I am sure is due to my lack of knowledge and not the fault of the machine.
